The Nike 1:1 tablet app facilitates in-store meetings between Nike Store Athletes and Nike+ members. It gives the Nike Athlete immediate access to all things Nike including: member information, classes, events, in-store services, inventories and other real-time data. It also allows the Nike+ member to sign up for these events, classes and in-store services during the 1:1 session.
In my role as UX/UI Consultant I was responsible for concepting, creating and testing all UX and UI aspects of the experience. I created sitemaps, wireframes, UI components and prototypes and rigorously tested these with Nike Athletes in an in-store environment as well as in focus groups with Nike+ members.
